I was really pleased to find this one on Ebay as it is one of Germany's lesser known clubs. Aachen is near the Franco-German border and the club are named after the Alemanni, a Frankish tribe who live in the area in Roman times. That's also why the French call Germany "L'Alemagne". Not football related but interesting. Sort of. The badge is not a classic but still one of the most interesting club badges in Germany.
