Madureira are one of the city of Rio De Janeiro's lesser known clubs to the extent that I know nothing about them. I'd like to illuminate your day with some morsel of knowledge about them but I can't. One point of interest is the manufacturer "Spozer" which I have never come across before and seem to be a peculiarly Brazilian brand. From the looks of this shirt they make good quality shirts, if a little bit lightweight, when compared to some other manufacturers. I can only imagine that a lighter shirt is more beneficial in the tropical heat of Brazil than on the cold windy playing fields of Europe. Kudos goes yet again to Bira, my friend from Sao Paulo, who sent this highly unusual and collectible shirt.
