Southend United are one of the few English teams to play in such a dark blue. They played in a lighter royal blue before switching to this navy shade in 2002. It's a standard Nike shirt from the period and carries the name and number of Freddy Eastwood, a prolific striker for the club and one of the very few professional footballers of Romani descent.
