This shirt is only in the collection because it's a centenary shirt and I like Southend shirts for some reason. The club are known as the shrimpers thus the shrimp on the badge (although it looks like a slug to me). The badge also has a football, for obvious reasons, some waves, for the sea I assume and the the sabres emblem of the county of Essex.
