It's patently clear to any sane, decent person that St Mirren have some of the coolest shirts out there. Given that Hummel made the best shirt ever (Denmark 1986) I was very excited to see how the St Mirren 07/08 shirt would turn out when I heard that the club had a deal with Hummel. The result is ... pretty good actually. They eschewed the popular option of using red as a third colour (apart from the god-awful sponsor on the chest) and got round the tricky number/stripe visibility problem with an all white back. It's a solid effort and a nice change for St Mirren after having had a long period with Xara as a kit supplier.
