As far as I know Diadora have no official presence in Ecuador but do allow shirts like this to be made under license. Centro Deportivo Olmedo are from the town of Riobamba in central Ecuador. The blue and red colours are those of the crest of the town and the mountain and condor on the badge betray the fact that Riobamba is at an altitude of 2700 metres above sea level. The shirt is well made and the clubs 90th anniversary is celebrated on the shirt as well. This is another top quality shirt sent to me by Ecuadoran collector Fausto.
