Chemintzer are obviously hoping to gain an advantage by having a jersey which is designed to give the opposition a headache. Look at those stripes long enough and they start moving! Chemnitzer play in the lower reaches of Germany's regional leagues but even with that in mind Diadora's quality on this shirt is poor.
