I seem to have a lot of shirt from Sao Paulo state's more obscure clubs provided by "our man in Sao Paulo", my good friend Bira. This Guaratingueta shirt is certainly one of them. It's another excellent Finta shirt and reminds me somewhat of a PSG away shirt. The name of the city (and the club) hails from a local indigenous tribal language for "many white herons", one of which is shown on the club badge. The club's colours are also those of the town crest.
