I always thought that Motherwell looked a little bit old fashioned which is largely due to the colour scheme. The single claret band across the chest is a very traditional look for Motherwell and Xara did a decent job with this altogether retro looking shirt. The sponsor on the shirt isn't anything to do with the Hindu caste system or the Elliot Ness but in fact was a home decoration shop which wasn't even in Motherwell!
