there are some football shirts that I don't have to write anything about. Their design and rarity are such that they just catch the eye themselves. This is clearly one of those shirts. Shimizu adopted the map as part of their shirt quite early on in their history although I wounder if that fact that the sponsor JAL is an airline had anything to do with that. the club later changed the badge and incorporated a globe into the new design. I'm not exactly sure which season this shirt is from but I think it is from the mid to late 1990s. What else can I say? It's a stunner.
